New Build House in New Earswick
Construction and assisted project management of a five-bedroom home, featuring decorative brickwork to the windows and front gables, recessed pointed brickwork to the staircase and living room walls, and the installation of all services, including water attenuation tanks beneath the driveway.
New Build Homes in Raskelf
Construction of two dormer bungalows in Raskelf, near Easingwold. The project included full project management, masonry contracting and the installation of Indian sandstone paving around both properties.
Extension in Featherstone
Construction of a new two-storey extension, creating a larger living room on the ground floor and an additional bedroom upstairs.
Patio & Driveway in New Earswick
Removal of the existing timber decking and installation of a new patio to the rear of the property. The driveway stone was also lifted, weed-prevention membrane installed and the stone relaid.
Landscaping & External House Works in Sherburn in Elmet
A full garden renovation including excavation, levelling and new turf, alongside a 40m² patio with a bespoke outdoor fireplace, barbecue and pizza oven. External lighting and sockets were installed, with the existing stonework cleaned and repairs and decoration carried out to the render and artstone window cills.
Extension in Melton Avenue
Construction of a ground-floor rear extension and first-floor extension, creating a large open-plan kitchen and living space with two new bedrooms above. Works also included underfloor heating, a complete new roof structure and covering, and repointing of the chimney.
Bungalow Expansion & Renovation in Pannal, Harrogate
Construction of a garden retaining wall, blockwork rear extension and random-stone front extension. The existing roof was removed and replaced with a new timber-frame structure, with blockwork to the rear and sides and a random-stone front elevation featuring artstone surrounds and a decorative portico.
Patio Installation in Huntington
Removal of the existing patio, followed by excavation and installation of new Indian stone paving for a summerhouse and hot tub area. A wider patio was also created along the side of the house and in front of the conservatory.
